Salon Policies

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• If you would like detailed art, please mention it when booking so that we can schedule enough time to bring your vision to life! Inspo pictures are helpful! 
• 4 or more broken nails will be charged as a full set.
• Longer than 3 weeks between fills will be charged as a full set.
• Please note that if you plan on paying with cash that I may not have change, so please take a look at pricing prior to your appointment. 

Cancellations

• Please cancel within a minimum of 48 hours notice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
• Reoccurring last-minute cancellations will require a 50% deposit of the service booked prior to appointment.

No-Shows

• No-Shows/No call are unacceptable.
• No-Shows will be charged the full amount of missed service before rebooking.

We understand that emergencies happen; therefore, one No-Show will be overlooked. However, after that, you will no longer be accepted as a client.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a limitation to a simple, one-color application, depending on the next scheduled appointment.

Please limit cell phone use. It makes our job harder and leaves us less time for your nails.

We hate to have to enforce these policies, but we have to protect our business and livelihood. Please try to understand from our perspective.
