Salon Policies

When scheduling your appointment, a general idea of whether or not you would like nail art is needed to book your time slot accordingly. Please limit cell phone use. It makes our job harder and leaves us less time for your nails. Longer than 3 weeks between fills will be charged as a full set.

We hate to have to enforce these policies, but we have to protect our business and livelihood. Please try to understand from our perspective.  When you cancel last minute, it is difficult to reschedule another client in your place. When you don't show/call, we are left waiting for you and losing income that otherwise could have been made with a 48 hour notice. Please be considerate of our time.

Cancellations

Please cancel within a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

Reoccurring cancellations will require a 50% deposit of the service booked prior to appointment. No-Shows No-Shows/No call are unacceptable. 

No-Shows will be charged the full amount of missed service before rebooking. 

We understand that emergencies happen, therefore, one No-Show will be overlooked. 

However, after that you will no longer be accepted as a client. 

More than 10 minutes late may have to reschedule or be limited to simple one color application depending on the next appointment scheduled.
